FAQ of our Products & Services
FSR = Fractional Skin Resurfacing | TC = Tightening & Contouring
> Is Fractional Resurfacing the same as laser?
No, however both treatments use heat and look similar with the target of combatting signs of ageing. Their results may overlap, but these treatments cannot replace one another, based on their technology and process.
FSR & TC treatments utilize infrared light to deliver thermal energy deep below the skin’s surface. Fractional erbium resurfacing creates tiny microthermal patches (injuries) in the dermis, the middle layer of skin, damaging collagen and aged skin cells and prompting the production of new collagen and healthy cell renewal. In other words, this treatment modality performs a sort of controlled tissue vaporization to treat and heal damaged skin for an improvement in skin’s texture, tone, and elasticity.
- FSR / TC penetrates the skin deeper without causing damage, resulting in better & longer lasting results.
- FSR / TC can treat any skin colour and / or skin type.
- FSR / TC has built in safety features for safer machine operation.
>What is Endymed TC Treatments:
TC, short for Tightening & Contouring, is a non surgical face lift, contouring and tightening treatment.

> What Is Meso (Electroporation)?
Electroporation is a non-invasive alternative to the traditional mesotherapy therefore it is so-called virtual or needle-free mesotherapy (painless procedure). It is a microbiology technique in which an electrical field (momentary pulse) is applied to the skin to create temporary lipid bilateral aqueous channels to boost the permeability of the cell membrane and enable active ingredients to penetrate the skin.
> What is Cold Fusion Plasma:
In the aesthetic or skincare world, cold fusion plasma refers to a non-invasive treatment technology that uses cold plasma energy to improve skin health and appearance — and it’s quite different from the physics concept of fusion. Cold fusion plasma is a high-tech skincare treatment that uses cool, ionized gas to rejuvenate the skin, kill bacteria, and boost healing — all without heat or needles
What it does:
- Sterilizing the skin – Kills bacteria, making it great for acne-prone skin.
- Stimulating collagen production – Encourages firmer, younger-looking skin.
- Reducing inflammation – Calms irritated or sensitive skin.
- Improving product absorption – Helps skincare products penetrate deeper.
- Minimizing pores and wrinkles – Tightens skin and smooths texture.
Bonus Benefits:
- Non-invasive and painless, Suitable for most skin types, No downtime.
> What is Microneedling:
Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that stimulates the body’s natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production. It’s commonly used to improve skin texture, reduce scars, fine lines, and large pores. It’s suitable for all skin types and may require multiple sessions for best results.
> What is Led Light Therapy:
LED (Light Emitting Diode) light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light—such as red, blue, and near-infrared—to penetrate the skin at varying depths. Each color targets different skin issues:
- Red light (around 630–660 nm): Stimulates collagen production, reduces inflammation, and promotes healing, making it ideal for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation.
- Blue light (around 415 nm): Targets and kills acne-causing bacteria, helping to reduce and prevent breakouts.
- Near-infrared light (around 800–900 nm): Penetrates deeper layers of the skin to reduce inflammation, boost circulation, and support repair.
LED light therapy is painless, requires no downtime, and is often used in combination with other treatments like facials, microneedling, or chemical peels to enhance results. It’s safe for most skin types and is especially valued for its ability to improve skin tone, texture, and clarity over time.

The treatment can be customized with specific hair growth promoting cocktails containing vitamins, minerals, peptides, and growth factors to:
- Reduce hair loss
- Stimulate new hair growth
- Improve hair density
- Strengthen existing hair follicles
> What is Cold Plasma Hair treatment?
Cold plasma scalp treatment’s working principle is to open up the deep channels of the scalp through impact, enhance the penetration and absorption of scalp care products, deeply awaken the activity of hair follicle cells, and reshape the healthy ecosystem of the scalp. At the same time, the antibacterial and anti – inflammatory aspects of cold plasma also play a key role in scalp care, Actively solving common scalp health problems such as dandruff and scalp inflammation, and creating an ideal environment for hair growth. In addition, during the scalp treatment process, it can precisely activate the hair root follicles. By acting on the subcutaneous tissue, it promotes the shrinkage of adipose tissue and improves the local blood circulation of the skin to precisely stimulate hair follicles, promote hair growth, and prevent hair loss.
> What is Diode Laser Hair Removal?
Diode laser hair removal is a safe, effective, and relatively pain-free, non-invasive cosmetic procedure that uses concentrated light (around 800-810nm) to permanently reduce hair growth by targeting melanin in the follicle. It is suitable for all skin types and body areas, utilizing cooling technology for comfort and rapid, high-frequency pulses for fast treatment sessions. The laser emits a specialized light that passes through the skin and is absorbed by the melanin in the hair follicle, thermally destroying it to inhibit future growth. The Diode laser incorporate crystal freeze contact cooling to protect the skin and make the experience comfortable. It is a non-invasive treatment that requires no anaesthesia, incisions or numbing. Laser hair removal requires proper preparation and aftercare to maximize effectiveness and safety.
